Description

This species grows up to 2 cm and can roll up into an imperfect ball like Armadillidium nasatum. Their name stems from their outwardly curved pleon. Their colour is grey to black and sometimes they have yellow spots. They can live up to 3 years. Through breeding, lighter colours and even the “Magic Potion” pattern were produced.

Development

The younger ones are usually lighter in color (brownish) and tend to have more yellow spots.
